We're

to your home. Your satisfaction with our products and services is
very important to us and you can be rest assured that all our installation
work is performed according to manufacturer's specifications.
To
ensure a smooth installation and to properly prepare for your new
floor covering, we have provided you with this information to let
you know what you should do in advance to prepare for the installer's
arrival.
Furniture
All furniture should be removed from the room(s) to areas
not being changed prior to the installer's arrival. In all cases,
remove all lamps, plants, valuables, breakable items and bed linens
from bedrooms. Closet floors need to be cleared and any low hanging
garments removed. Bookcases, entertainment centers, fish tanks and
hutches need to be emptied and removed. Our installers are not professional
movers and are not allowed to move or disconnect computers, electronic
equipment, move pianos, pool tables, waterbeds or exercise equipment.
Removal
of Old Flooring
The
removal and disposal of your old floor can take a considerable amount
of time. If you prefer; you can save the expense of removal by having
friends or family members help provide this service. We suggest
that the removal be done a day in advance of the new floor installation
to allow time for clean up and floor preparation. Otherwise we would
be happy to remove and dispose of your old flooring. Your salesperson
can quote you a price.
Doors
When new carpet is installed there is a possibility that the doors
may not swing free and clear. Our installers will remove the doors
if necessary in order to install the flooring and will rehang them
if possible. We will NOT be able to shave or cut them down due to
lack of necessary equipment and expertise to accomplish this task.
Installation
in a New Structure
The sub floor as well as the new flooring materials should be conditioned
at a minimum temperature of 68 degrees. Electricity and water will
be needed to perform the installation.
Kitchens,
Baths and Utility Rooms
Please disconnect appliances in kitchens and laundry areas and toilets
in bathrooms. We recommend for your safety, that a plumber or any
other knowledgeable professional disconnect these appliances. At
your request, arrangements can be made to move disconnected appliances.
Our installers will remove your toilet if necessary, but by state
law, cannot reconnect it. A plumber is required to disconnect and
reconnect any gas appliance.
Moldings
Quarter round moldings should always be removed before any installation
can be made.
Clean
Up
Our installers will collect and clean up all waste materials before
leaving your home.

and Warranty Information
When
purchasing your new flooring, please request all maintenance and
warranty information available. This is vital to getting the most
from your new floor; If you have any questions about maintenance
or your warranty, please don't hesitate to ask your salesperson.

have regarding the installation. We appreciate your permitting us
to serve you and we are confident that you will enjoy your new flooring
for many years. Your complete satisfaction is important to us in
